When you book a stay, we collect the phone number, name, and email address you provide, along with your stay dates and any special requests you note.

We use your phone number as your identity for looking up bookings and leaving reviews - verified each time by a one-time code sent to that number, rather than a stored password.

To confirm and manage your booking, send confirmation and reminder messages (SMS, email, or WhatsApp), and respond to questions you send us.

We do not sell your information to third parties.

Codes sent to verify your identity expire shortly after they're sent and can only be used a limited number of times before you'll need a new one.

Booking records are kept for as long as needed to fulfil the stay and for our own accounting and legal record-keeping requirements.

To request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it, contact us at the email below with the phone number your bookings are under.
